This is the agreement between you and The Compendium Company for Battle Crypto. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy — [email protected].
By using Battle Crypto, creating an account, or buying a licence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Battle Crypto draws live public market data as a battlefield. Buy orders advance from one side, sell orders from the other, and the line between them is the price. That is the product: a visualization.
It is not investment advice, and it is not a trading tool. Nothing shown is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an investment adviser or a financial institution, and nothing here should be treated as though we were. Never make a financial decision because of a picture of a battle.
Market data comes from public feeds published by third parties, including Coinbase's public market data and the XRP Ledger. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Coinbase, Ripple, Kraken, Apple or any exchange. We do not control those feeds, cannot guarantee they are accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and the display may lag or be wrong.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Battle Crypto for your own use, on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, share your licence code publicly, rent it out, or attempt to defeat the licensing.
We own Battle Crypto and everything in it — the software, the artwork, the name and the presentation. You own nothing in it beyond the licence described here.
An account needs a working email address and a password you keep to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.
We may suspend or end an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse the service, or to attack it.
Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases. A founder licence already bought is not affected by a later price change — that is what "lifetime" means here.
A monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
If you bought through Apple, your subscription is managed in your Apple account settings and cancellation is done there, not here. If you bought on the website, cancel from your account or by emailing us.
If Battle Crypto is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple under their policy, which we do not control.
A refunded licence is revoked. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the licence it paid for stops working.
COMP is a utility and rewards token used inside Battle Crypto. It is not equity, not a share of revenue or of company value, not a security, and not an investment.
We do not sell it to you. It is earned by using the platform and spent on platform services. Buying a licence does not buy you COMP, and holding COMP does not give you any ownership of, claim on, or share in The Compendium Company.
COMP has a fixed supply created once, and the contract has no function that can create more. Balances shown inside Battle Crypto are recorded in our own ledger. Where COMP exists on a public blockchain, that network is outside our control: we cannot reverse a transaction on it, recover a lost key, or guarantee that any market for COMP exists or continues to exist.
COMP may be worth nothing. If a market for it exists, its price is set by whoever trades, not by us, and we make no promise about its value at any time. Anything you are given as a reward is exactly that — a reward, not a payment, and not consideration for an investment.
Exchange linking and order sending are not available yet. They are in development. Nothing in these terms should be read as an offer of them today, or a promise of a date.
When they do arrive: any credentials you choose to give us will be stored encrypted, order sending will be off until you switch it on yourself, and we will never need permission to withdraw funds — do not grant it. We will not hold your funds or your coins; they stay at your exchange. Orders you send are your decisions and your responsibility, and an exchange may reject, delay or fill them differently from what you expected.
We try to keep Battle Crypto running and will not promise that it always will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance, because a data provider has stopped, or for reasons outside our control. Features may change, and some may be withdrawn.
What we collect and what we do not is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Battle Crypto is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the data is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Compendium Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of Battle Crypto. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some places do not allow some of these exclusions. Where that is so, they do not apply to you and the rest of this section still does.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on the site and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Battle Crypto after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using it and ask us for a refund if you are inside the refund window.
You can stop at any time by not using it, and by cancelling a subscription if you have one. We may end your licence if you materially break these terms. Sections 1, 7, 12 and 15 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we each consent to that.
These terms are between you and The Compendium Company only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Battle Crypto or its content.
